| You don't need a game piece, and there's no purchase required. Just walk in, or even pull up at the drive-thru. Cash prizes will be awarded to customers at randomly selected McDonald's restaurants using specific criteria to identify individuals in-store and at the drive-thru. | ||

How do I win?
To be eligible to win, all you have to do is to be at the right place, at the right McDonald's, at the right time and day. That’s all you have to do. There are no game pieces and you don’t have to purchase anything. It’s that simple.

How do I play?
You play by walking into a McDonald's restaurant, or pulling up to the drive-thru at a restaurant between 7 a.m. local time or when the restaurant opens, whichever is later; until a half hour prior to close of business, or 11:30 p.m. local time, whichever is first. Remember, the Instant Giveaway only takes place between Thursday, Aug. 30 and Monday, Sept. 3.

What do I win?
Customers have a chance to win one of 55 instant cash prizes by visiting a randomly-selected McDonald's restaurant beginning on Thursday, August 30 and ending on Monday, September 3. Fifty-five prizes totaling $10 million will be awarded, pending verification, during the five-day period, which includes one $1 million prize, and ten $100,000 prizes, to be awarded each day to McDonald's customers.

The restaurant did not have game pieces? Why not? Where can I get a game
piece?
During the Instant Giveaway, McDonald's restaurants will not be receiving game pieces for customers. You don’t need a game piece, and you don’t have to purchase anything. You just have to be at the right McDonald's, at the right place, and the right day and time, to win. It’s really that simple.

How do I know if I am a winner?
A team of independent judges will be visiting McDonald's restaurants that have been chosen randomly by a computer program. If you are in the right place, at the right McDonald's, at the right time and day you will be a winner, subject to verification. There is no purchase necessary.

We’re sorry if you did not receive information from our employees at McDonald's restaurants about the Instant Giveaway. Please be assured we have shared all of the details about the Giveaway with all of the participating restaurants. A copy of the Official Rules should be posted in each restaurant.
